Im Jahr 2000 wurde eine Straße in Leganés in Calle AC/DC umbenannt, Melbourne folgte 2004 mit der AC/DC Lane. Erst vor Ort gerafft: Die Calle AC/DC kreuzt die Calle Scorpions. Wiki sagt: “Leganés has a street named AC/DC in honor of the Australian rock band. The band visited Leganés in order to inaugurate the street. The street sign was frequently stolen until the council decided to paint it on the wall instead of replacing the sign over and over again. There is also a street in Leganés named after the rock band Scorpions.”. Tja, warum ist die Calle AC/DC aber jetzt genau da wo sie ist und nicht in London oder Schottland, wo die Gebrüder Young herkommen?
