CRAZY ARM

Not easy to categorise, and all the better for it, Crazy Arm's sound is an accumulation of decades of influence and inspiration: rooted in hardcore/punk, ‘60s protest folk/country and classic rock’n’roll, combined with a grass-roots political overview that embraces anti-war, anti-fascist and pro-community activism.
The band made their first six-song demo, 'Cross Country', in 2007. Since then they have released three albums on Xtra Mile Recordings: 'Born To Ruin' (2009), 'Union City Breath' (2011) and the brand new acoustic album 'The Southern Wild' (23rd Sept 2013).
They have also released seven singles: 'Broken By The Wheel', 'Henry Fabian Flynn', 'Still To Keep' (split 7" vinyl with Frank Turner), 'Ambertown', 'Tribes', 'Little Boats' (for Record Store Day on Household Name Recs) and 'Bandalito'. Eighth single, 'Remembrance', is released 21st Oct 2013, on split 7" vinyl with Jim Lockey & The Solemn Sun.
Altogether, the band have recorded and released 40 original songs, one cover version (Peggy Seeger's 'Song Of Choice), and a small part of one traditional song ('Oh Death').
The band have toured the UK and mainland Europe countless times with the likes of Against Me!, Frank Turner, Chuck Ragan, Bangers, Apologies I Have None and Sonic Boom Six.

THE LIBERATION SERVICE

THE LIBERATION SERVICE are a folky Punkrock 5-piece from southern Austria. Formed in late 2009, they soon played their first shows and got quite around already. Each of them brought his/ her own musical experience into the band to combine all different influences in this project.
Expect some folky tunes in the vein of early Against Me! or Frank Turner and some rockier and punkier stuff as well, always accompanied by some heart-shaking sing-along phrases and well expressed political punkrock-attitude statements.
